Alley, Williams, Carmen, and King Welcomes Four New Employees

Troy S. King, P.E.

Troy King, P.E. comes to Alley, Williams, Carmen and King as a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has 12 years of experience in the design of residential, commercial and municipal projects. Troy is a Western Alamance High School graduate and has been a professional engineer since 2008. Troy has been involved in the design and permitting process of projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Troy has joined AWCK as a project engineer on various water, sewer, stormwater, and street projects for public and private clients.


brentBrent Mills

Brent Mills, E.I. is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. Brent also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from NC State. Brent is a Graduate of Williams High School and is an Engineer in Training after passing his fundamentals of engineering in the spring of 2015. Brent has experience with field inspections for erosion control devices on construction projects and NPDES Phase II compliance. At AWCK, Brent is working with senior civil engineers on stormwater, water, sewer, and land development projects.

Teresa Bobbitt joined our team as a Stormwater Specialist in September and is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources, Ecosystem Assessment. Her work at AWCK centers on the implementation of Municipal NPDES Phase II Stormwater Programs. She will be enhancing AWCK’s efforts with Stormwater Public Education and Outreach, Public Involvement and Participation, Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination, Post Construction Site Runoff Controls, and Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping with municipalities. Teresa will also be working to monitor and restore impaired streams, as well as write proposals for client grant applications.


Ryan King

Ryan King has been involved in construction since his graduation from North Carolina State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Operations Management. Ryan is also a Western Alamance High School graduate and he has extensive experience with asphalt paving, storm drainage installation, curb and gutter installation, and sidewalk construction. Ryan recently joined Alley, Williams, Carmen, and King and is completing the NCDOT certification process for asphalt and concrete testing and inspections. Ryan’s role with AWCK includes street, utility, and sidewalk observation.
