Graham 10” Water Main Replacement – Phase 2A

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Graham (Owner), 201 South Main Street, Graham, North Carolina 27253, (336) 570-6700, at the Graham City Hall Building, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 2st, 2026, for the 10” Water Main Replacement – Phase 2A.

Pre-bid conference

A Pre-bid meeting will be held at the Graham City Hall Building, 201 South Main Street, Graham, North Carolina 27253 on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 at 2:00 PM. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.

The proposed work will consist of the installation of new water infrastructure alongside and in the vicinity of NC 49 (East Elm Street/Pine Street), and Trollinger Road Graham in Alamance County, North Carolina.

The primary work will include the following items and appurtenances:

Installation of approximately 1,900 LF 8” DIP Water
Installation of approximately 1,050 LF 16” DIP Water
Installation of 8” Meter Vault and Double Check Vault
Connections to existing 8” & 16” waterlines

(or its consultants), who shall be deemed the author of the drawings and data, and shall retain all common law, statutory law and other rights, and copyrights. The Client, Contractor, Subcontractor or agent agrees not to use these drawings or data, in whole or part, for any other project. These drawings and data are provided only for the convenience of the parties involved. The Client, Contractor, Subcontractor or agent agrees to waive all claims against Alley, Williams, Carmen and King, Inc. (or its consultants) resulting in any way from the reuse of these drawings or data. In addition, the Client, Contractor, Subcontractor or agent, as applicable, agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Alley, Williams, Carmen and King, Inc. (and its consultants) from any damage, liability or cost, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of defense, arising out of the use of these drawings. Under no circumstances shall transfer of the drawings and other instruments of service on electronic media for use by the Client, Contractor, Subcontractors or others be deemed a sale by Alley, Williams, Carmen and King, Inc., and AWCK makes no warranties, either express or implied, of merchantibility or fitness for any particular purpose.
