Grants Creek Greenway Phase II (TIP EB-3308) – Salisbury

In an effort to expand their greenway system, the City of Salisbury used ARRA stimulus funding to construct 3,800 linear feet of asphalt greenway along Grants Creek between Hogans Valley Way and Forestdale Drive.  The project included a 10 foot wide asphalt trail, 85 foot long wooden pedestrian bridge, wooden pedestrian boardwalk, grading, and associated storm drainage.   AWCK provided contract administration and inspection services in accordance with current NCDOT guidelines.
