Mackintosh On The Lake

Alley, Williams, Carmen, & King, Inc. worked with Wakefield Development Company to design and construct the 612 acre mixed-use, residential development in the western portion of Burlington on the Alamance-Guilford County line.  The development is proposed to contain over 2000 residential building units and approximately 400,000 square feet of non-residential building use.  Additionally, AWCK designed all of the on-site and off-site water, sewer and roadway improvements for Mackintosh on the Lake.
