Haas Racing

Stewart-Haas Racing developed a 23 acre site in Kannapolis Gateway Business Park. The site included a 107,500 square foot race car manufacturing and testing facility with offices. AWCK worked with the architect to provide the civil/site design for the facility including survey, site engineering, parking lot layouts, storm drainage, landscaping, and exterior lighting.
