Sewer CCTV Inspection

Sealed Bids will be received by Alley, Williams, Carmen & King, Inc. (AWCK), P.O. Box 1179, Burlington, NC 27216 or drop-off at 740 Chapel Hill Rd. Burlington, NC 27215 until Thursday, September 10th, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. for the City of Roxboro CCTV Sewer Asset Inventory Collection Project.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held in person at 105 S Lamar St. Roxboro, NC 27573 on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 2:00 p.m. All interested contractors or subcontractors are welcome to attend. Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged.

At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all Bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Inspection:

Cleaning of sanitary sewer gravity lines of 6”, 8”, & 10”
CCTV inspections of sanitary sewer gravity lines of 6”, 8”, & 10” with final report noting diameter size, material type, defects, and lengths of sewer mains.
Approximate lengths:
1. 6” – 540 LF
2. 8” – 19,060 LF
3. 10” – 490 LF
Inspections of Manholes capturing depths and material types.

All bids must be in accordance with the Bidding Documents on file at the office of Alley, Williams, Carmen & King, Inc., Post Office Box 1179 / 740 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27216-1179. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of North Carolina, duly licensed accordingly for the appropriate section of Bid. A 5% Bid security must accompany each Bid. Each Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bids and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract.

The Client, Contractor, Subcontractor or agent agrees to waive all claims against Alley, Williams, Carmen and King, Inc. (or its consultants) resulting in any way from the reuse of these drawings or data. In addition, the Client, Contractor, Subcontractor or agent, as applicable, agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Alley, Williams, Carmen and King, Inc. (and its consultants) from any damage, liability or cost, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of defense, arising out of the use of these drawings.
