AWCK’s past work has included the design of several new public schools, a new building for the local community college, and over 50 addition and renovation projects for local school systems.

The firm’s civil and survey departments have prepared master plans and preliminary and final subdivision plats for residential, commercial and industrial developments throughout the Piedmont.

AWCK’s architectural department has designed manufacturing plants, distribution facilities, vehicle maintenance facilities, commercial retail projects, office buildings, residential condominiums, shopping centers, restaurants and churches.  Work has included new construction, additions, renovations and adaptive renewal, with project sizes ranging from just a few square feet and a few thousand dollars to hundreds of thousands of square feet and tens of millions of dollars.
