Kernersville Public Services Building

The 25,000 square foot Kernersville Public Services Building is adjacent to the city’s main public works facilities, and is designed to house offices and support spaces for the town’s engineering, public works, GIS, street maintenance, water and sewer, and trash collection services. The 3-story structure has been designed using USGBC LEED 2.2 standards, including such features as water and daylight harvesting and high-efficiency HVAC and electrical equipment and controls.
